Who we are
Faolan Consulting is a South African owner's-assurance and project-controls firm. We run schedule, cost, contracts, quality and risk on capital projects across mining, energy and infrastructure. Owner-managed, senior-led, 20+ years on the owner's side of the table, with owner's-assurance pedigree across tier-1 mining, energy and infrastructure operators.
FaolanIQ is the AI-integrated platform we built to deliver that work at scale: a coordinated fleet of named specialist intelligences on shared data and shared standards (AACE, PMI, FIDIC, NEC, JBCC, ISO).
We do not sell software. We sell outcomes. The fleet makes those outcomes faster, more defensible and harder to dispute.

20+ years in project controls and capital project delivery. Founded Faolan Consulting in 2020, with direct oversight of $60B+ in capital expenditure across mining, energy, water and infrastructure. Leads Faolan's innovation and AI integration strategy.
Michelle Beeslaar
Managing Director
Leads operations, client relationships, commercial performance and strategic direction across all entities. Central to every significant engagement Faolan has undertaken; leads the growth from specialist consultancy to AI-integrated product and services firm.
