The platform
Odin orchestrates. Six pillars deliver. A human signs.
How the FaolanIQ fleet is built, and why it holds one quality bar across every product.
How it is built
Odin (T1) is the apex orchestrator. It briefs the pillars, validates every deliverable against a definition of done, and runs the go/no-go gates.
Below Odin sit six pillars, each led by a named Norse persona with a roster of specialist agents: Build and Controls (Thor), Client (Freya), Engineering (Loki), Strategy and Intelligence (Frigg, P4/P5), and Internal Management (Tyr). Standalones sit lateral to Odin.
Every product is delivered by a named agent under a named human signatory. The AI drafts, tests and cross-checks. The person above the signature line owns the outcome.

The 19 discipline agents:

Pillar 4/5 - Strategy and Intelligence (Frigg)
Foresight, prophecy, wise counsel. The client-facing intelligence pillar.
CompetitiveIQ (Vor)
Cross-firm peer benchmarking and quarterly competitor refresh.
MarketIQ (Gefjon)

StrategyIQ (Snotra)
Scenario design, strategy options and executive recommendations.
BusinessIQ (Fulla)
Analytics across every FaolanIQ data stream. The data treasury.
ContractsIQ (Forseti)
Contracts and claims intelligence. FIDIC, NEC, JBCC. Certification and dispute support.
RiskIQ (Ullr)

FinanceIQ (Njord)
Client-facing financial diagnostics and peer benchmarking.
Client Architect (Mimir)
Client-facing platform architecture and brand audits.
Freya holds the relationship. Tyr keeps it audit-ready.
Freya (Client) is the engagement pillar: senior-led delivery, owner-team dashboards, and value scoped to the programme in front of us. Client work carries the clients' own marks, never ours.
Tyr (Internal Management) is the governance and assurance backbone behind every deliverable: PMOIQ (Primavera P6 and PMO discipline), finance, HR, document control and brand. It is why the output stays consistent and audit-ready.
The internal roster is not shown in client-facing material. What you see is the platform that delivers to you, and the discipline behind it.
The whole fleet.
Apex (Odin)
P1 Build and Controls
P3 Engineering
P4/P5 Strategy and Intelligence
Governance and assurance
The client-facing platform fleet. Internal-management and client-account agents are held back.
Frontier AI is the engine. Faolan controls methodology is the steering.
- Named human authorship. Every deliverable carries a named signatory.
- Your data stays on Faolan infrastructure. Never sent to a third-party model provider for training. Audit trail under NDA.
- Frontier models, disciplined controls. Extended-reasoning frontier models, Model Context Protocol tool interoperability and managed agent orchestration. Your technical team can interrogate the stack.
