Product Schedule: ProdRates
This schedule attaches to the FaolanIQ Terms and Conditions, published at https://faolaniq.com/legal. If they conflict, this schedule wins for ProdRates. Where you have signed a ProdRates order form, the order form and the ProdRates Subscriber Terms it refers to prevail over this schedule.
Payment is collected by Faolan Consulting (Pty) Ltd on behalf of FaolanIQ (Pty) Ltd.

| 6 | What the rates are | Benchmark values compiled and built up by FaolanIQ. They are estimating guidance, not a quotation, warranty or guarantee of cost or output on any project. Check every rate against your site conditions, labour agreements, location, scope and current prices before you rely on it |
| 7 | What you may do | Use rates in your own estimates, schedules, bids and reports for your own projects and clients, and share those deliverables with your clients in the normal course of that work. No deliverable may reproduce rates as a standalone list, schedule or appendix of more than 200 items |
| 8 | Export limit | Each named seat may export, download or copy out no more than 500 rows per calendar day (South African time), across every export, download, copy and API function. The limit is a technical ceiling, not a permission: bulk extraction below it is still a breach |
| 9 | Further restrictions | No redistribution, resale or sublicensing; no use to build or train a competing rates database, estimating product or machine-learning model; no loading into any AI, large language model or retrieval system except for your own internal use; no removal of attribution |
| 10 | Attribution | Where a deliverable presents ProdRates rates as a stated basis of estimate, cite "Source: FaolanIQ ProdRates", followed by the pack name, the library version and the date accessed. Attribution does not mean FaolanIQ endorses your estimate |
| 11 | Your data | Your estimates and project data are yours. We do not use them unless a separate written agreement allows it. Usage and export logs are FaolanIQ service data and are used to meter and enforce the limits |
| 12 | Liability | Terms and Conditions clause 14 applies. Your liability for breaching items 7 to 9 is not capped |
| 13 | On ending | The licence ends. Stop using the library and delete any extracted copies, other than rates already built into completed deliverables, and confirm in writing on request |
